Paid Time Off is Important ​

We also offer a variety of types of leave including paid holidays, vacation days, and sick/personal days so that our employees can attend to personal needs and enjoy time away to relax. Both full and part-time employees receive sick/personal time-off as well as vacation time. Aqua-Leisure also observes 10 holidays each year. 

We Value Professional Development     

​We want our team members to have access to new information to help them develop personally and professionally and offer a wide range of job and skills training, as well as personal development resources. Our professional development library, skills training, and Learning & Development resources are available to all employees.

Freedom to Choose How to Spend Your Benefits $

Aqua-Leisure also provides eligible employee with a “Benefits Bank”. This allowance of $7.50 bi-weekly can be used towards any of the voluntary benefits we offer (i.e. supplemental insurance). Employees may take advantage of the Benefits Bank 30 days after date of hire.
